Reclaiming Rannoch

Months ago I saw fan art depicting Tali with a cloak. It looked cool so I wanted to take the concept and run with it. I modeled the cloak and made a cloth sim out of it. I went through a number of designs and variations for the cloak, before landing on a slightly weathered version. In terms of story, I figured now that the main conflict of the galaxy is over, accolades and more "ceremonial" gear is being worn by people in high places.

In terms of the artwork, this depicts the Quarians and Geth settling Rannoch after the Reaper War.
